Product Overview:

Balsamico is made from the finest Lambrusco and Trebbiano grape grown in the Modena region of Italy. The grape juice is reduced and then fermented in oak, juniper and cherry barrels then carefully blended with traditional well aged balsamic vinegar to give the sensational taste that is Balsamico.

Use Balsamico to add something special to salads, meats an pasta. Glae on seafood, brush marinades, BBQ's or add to olive oil and fresh dipping breads.Suitable for Vegetarians

Balsamic vinegar  (wine vinegar, concentrated grape must, caramel E150d, natural flavour, sulphites E220 as preservative)
