Balsamico is made from the finest Lambrusco and Trebbiano grape grown in the Modena region of Italy. The grape juice is reduced and then fermented in oak, juniper and cherry barrels then carefully blended with traditional well aged balsamic vinegar to give the sensational taste that is Balsamico.
