LISS push-valve cream chargers. Each charger contains 8gm pure N2O.
This is a completely different system for making whipped cream. Using this system you can charge a dispenser much quicker - ideal for the busy commercial kitchen.
Shelf life is 10 years.
This system uses chargers that have a plastic valve built into the tip of the charger. This tip is pushed against a chamber on the dispenser where a barrel depresses a pin inside the valve and the gas flows into the dispenser. This does away with the need to screw the charger into the head of the dispenser and so dramatically speeds up the ceam making process.
Chargers for use with PV dispensers ONLY - ie is NOT compatible with 8gm or 16gm screw-on dispensers.
