Truffle Oil is a finishing Oil that should primarily be used to dress dishes just prior to serving.
Its uses are infinite, but we recommend trying it initially with Risotto, Pasta, Pizza, Cooked Vegetables, Meat Carpaccio, Mushroom and Cheese or Egg based dishes.
Truffle Oil can also be used as a cooking Oil, but it should not be overheated or cooked for prolonged periods at high temperatures, as this will destroy most of the Truffle flavour.
For example, scrambled eggs will have a wonderful complex truffle flavour if cooked gently in Truffle Oil.
