Description:

Pack of two boxes of 24 silver prowhip cream chargers. Make delicious whipped cream with 8g Pro Whip cream chargers. This is the most cream chargers we can sell due to concerns about customers misusing them. Pro Whip cream chargers are ideal for use with all of our cream whippers. They are also suitable for use with virtually any cream whipper available in the UK - the only exception being Kisag whippers which use a completely different cartridge system.
Use with whipping cream only - single cream is too thin and double cream too thick to whip properly. Whipping cream also contains a non-toxic stabiliser gum which helps the whipped cream keep its shape for longer.
One cartridge will whip 0.5 litres of cream so if using a 1 litre whipper you will need to use two cartridges. Will turn 0.5 litre of whipping cream into up to 1.5 litres of whipped cream - a far greater volume than mechanical whipping. Creates a denser and more delicious whipped cream than disposable aerosols.

Warning Freezing High Pressure Gas
Our gas cartridges and cylinders are filled with liquified gas under high pressure.
Puncturing the cartridge (or opening the cylidner valve) can cause freezing gas to escape so you may want to protect your hands and face.
Ensure cartridge or cylinder is empty or isolated before removing from your device.
Cartridges get freezing cold when punctured.
If you are burnt by freezing gas you must immediately seek medical advice. A high pressure gas burn can cause deep tissue damage which is not immediately obvious at the time of the injury.

Better than aerosol squirty cream!
A can of aerosol squirty cream may contain all sorts of ingredients - including sugar and added fats such as palm oil. Using a cream whipper means you can control exactly what you give your customers - you can even add flavourings and colours. And the cream whipped by a cream whipper creates a denser and more delicious whipped cream than disposable aerosols.
