From their factory in Derbyshire they now blend, prepare and produce a huge range of flavours and ingredients which you will now find in many of the top commercial kitchens around the world. In fact, if you saw the recent Bradley Cooper film 'Burnt', you will have noticed a lot of Special Ingredients products used in the kitchens!
Special Ingredients works closely with Westminster Kingsway College where they sponsor the Culinary Science & Kitchen Innovation Laboratory. Feedback from students using their products is used to develop new and exciting blends and innovative products.

Returns Information:You have a legal right to change your mind about a purchase within 14 working days of receiving it - this is called your Right to Cancel. Please note that if you have used the item, damaged the packaging etc we will not be able to sell it for its full price - so we will offer you a fair price for it.
If the item is faulty and less than a year old we will take it back and repair or refund it. If it is over a year old we will give you the manufacturers details.
