Nicleare is a brand of masks produced by Zheijang Xinfu Medical Instruments who are based in Hangzhou city (near Shanghai). Zhejiang Xinfu are specialists in producing nonwoven fabics for filtration and PPE.
Surgical masks are made of a nonwoven fabric created using a melt blowing process. They are made from 3 layers of material which are highly effective in absorbing respiratory droplets.
