Usage InstructionsTo peel fruit segments:
Place / Submerge 250g fruit segments in 250ml of water and add 2.5ml of Pectinex Ultra SP-L
Stir the mixture
Cover container so airtight
Place in refrigerator for 48 hours or cook sous vide at 40°C for 30 minutes
Remove segments from mixture and serve
To remove Pectin from fruit juices:
Add 2.5ml of Pectinex to 1000ml of fruit juice (0.25%)
Rest for 20 minutes at room temperature
Remove solids from fruit juice
