Description:
250g pack of WuFuYuan Black Sugar Flavour Tapioca Pearls.
How to cook:
Use 10:1 water to tapioca.
Bring water to boil.
Stir in the tapioca and keep stirring so they don't stick.
Add sweetener or other flavouring if required.
Once tapioca float to the top cook for 2-3 mins.
Turn water down to simmer.
Stir every 5 mins to stop the tapioca from sticking.
Take off heat after 2-3 minutes (or longer for softer balls).
Scoop out pearls and sit them in cold water for 20 seconds.
Place into a dry container to cool or to mix in sugar or honey.

Tapioca Starch (42%), Water, Corn Starch, Colour (Sulphite Ammonia Caramel), Thickener (E412), Preservative (E262(ii)), Flavouring.
