This Black Truffle Tagliatelle is made by Italian Chef Monica Santoleri at our Truffle cookery school and restaurant in San Ginesio, Le Marche, Italy. Made with the finest Durum Wheat, Fresh Eggs and 3% Black Truffles.

Simply cook the Pasta in lightly salted boiling water for 4-5 minutes, drain, and toss with a tablespoon of our Black Truffle Oil.

Alternatively, try stirring into the drained pasta a small jar of one of our amazing truffle products. Or a slice of our Black Truffle Butter.

Or of course, simply finish the pasta with a generous shaving of fresh truffles.

The Italian truffle season begins on the first of October each year. The trifolau (Truffle hunters) and their specially trained Lagotto Romagnolo dogs scour their territory for the elusive fungi. As they only occur naturally in the soil surrounding certain trees, and attempts to grow them artificially have proved unreliable, Truffle hunting is a serious business. The location of the Truffles is, in many cases, a closely guarded family secret passed down from generation to generation.

Usage Instructions
