Description:

Real Taiwanese Passionfruit bursting bubbles. Passionfruit syrup filled bubbles which pop under gentle pressure for a flavoured taste sensation! Ideal for making bubble tea or try adding them to cocktails, or as a dessert topping. The bubbles are a guaranteed hit with children, and we know that when adults try them they are instantly hooked too.
Our bubbles have a firm jelly shell with a juice syrup centre. Traditional bubbles are made from chewy tapioca and don't have a liquid centre like ours.

Directions for Use:

Scoop the required amount of bubbles into the cup or glass and add cold drink of your choice.

Make sure you have some jumbo straws to suck the bubbles up!

Suitable for use with: bubble tea, cocktails, slush drinks, milkshakes, smoothies, juices, frappes and pretty much any cold drink.

As well as drinks, our bubbles can be used as a great topping to ice creams and cold desserts.

How to make bubble tea with milk powder.
For 12oz/360ml serving.
Measure 30g (approx two teaspons) into a metal cup or cocktail shaker. Add 50ml of hot water and stir until power is dissolved. Add ice and 150ml of cold water (or milk), add syrup and stir or shake. Add serving of popping bubbles or tapicoa boba to glass. Pour tea into glass. Add jumbo straw.
We suggest 30g serving with 150ml of water or milk and ice for a 12oz/360ml serving. As a rough guide you are dissolving 1 part of powder with 12 parts of water or milk.
