Description:
Cola Flavouring Drops are versatile & highly concentrated multi-use food flavouring that can be used to add flavour to a large variety of different foods and drinks. A great alternative for making sugar-free foods & drinks - they add flavour and not sugar. Suitable for diabetics.
Flavouring Drops are premium quality water soluble intense flavours which provide a exceptionally efficient method of adding flavour. Because Flavouring Drops are highly concentrated they can be used sparingly - 1-2 ml is ample to flavour approx 1 litre of base liquid. The drops come in a glass bottle with pipette for easy use and measuring - 8-9 drops would be 1 ml.
These drops are water-based rather than oil-based which means they disperse well in most foods and drinks. Because they don't contain alcohol they won't evaporate or denature as quickly when used with hot foods, they also won't affect the freezing point when added to frozen applications.
The shelf life of the flavour drops is 18 months to 2 years - Please store in dry, cool conditions and not in direct sunlight. Once opened quality is maintained as long as the flavour drops are re-sealed. We do however advise use within 6 months once opened.
This product has been manufactured according to the Council Directive 93/43/EEC on the hygiene of foodstuffs. This Directive states basic hygiene and HACCP standards. The factory producing this product has a quality standard that conforms to BRC Global Standard for Food Safety Issue 5.

Special Ingredients works closely with Westminster Kingsway College where they sponsor the Culinary Science & Kitchen Innovation Laboratory. Feedback from students using their products is used to develop new and exciting blends and innovative products.
