About Kokoa Collection
Kokoa Collection is the leading British speciality hot chocolate brand - with five award winning hot chocolates in varying cocoa percentages, prepared using tablets of real chocolate. They source the cocoa beans from around the world from origins known for their distinctive taste - Ecuador, Madagascar, Venezuela, Ivory Coast and most recently Haiti.
The founder Paul Eagles used his expertise from a career in coffee shops to develop a tablet of single origin hot chocolate that makes creating hot chocolate in a busy cafe so much quicker than using powder. Tablets make it much easier to control the portion - so for example a 8oz drink requires 3 tablets and a 12oz drink 4 tablets.
For foodservice there is a range of presentation and serving tools & materials. Display in a presentation jar on the front counter. A complete hot chocolate solution that increases your profit margins by giving your customers the opportunity to explore the world of chocolate!
Paul is particularly proud of the dark Haiti 75% hot chocolate and visited the cooperative farmers in Dame Marie, Haiti in the summer of 2015 to learn more about the country and its people and to see first-hand how trading direct with the farm is helping the community.

The country still needs additional support to recover from the earthquake so this is an ongoing project but luckily the cocoa they grow is amongst the best in the world - which makes our Haiti 75% so delicious that it won the Gold Award in 2015 at the Academy of Chocolate.
