Kokoa Collection is the leading British speciality hot chocolate brand - with five award winning hot chocolates in varying cocoa percentages, prepared using tablets of real chocolate. They source the cocoa beans from around the world from origins known for their distinctive taste - Ecuador, Madagascar, Venezuela, Ivory Coast and most recently Haiti. The founder Paul Eagles used his expertise from a career in coffee shops to develop a tablet of single origin hot chocolate that makes creating hot chocolate in a busy cafe so much quicker than using powder. Tablets make it much easier to control the portion - so for example a 8oz drink requires 3 tablets and a 12oz drink 4 tablets.
